This month, Dusk Network is getting a bit exciting.

Just entering 2026, DuskEVM has gone live on the mainnet. To put it simply, this is the result of six years of hard work—by the end of 2025, the Layer-1 upgrade (DuskDS) was completed, paving the way, and now the application layer is catching up. For developers, they can now directly write privacy contracts using Solidity, and the key is that the "selective transparency" of zero-knowledge proofs is not just theoretical; it truly enables privacy transactions and regulatory audits simultaneously, meeting the requirements of European regulations like MiCA.

Looking at the data, the mainnet has been running stably for a year since the first block on January 7 last year. Dusk’s approach is now very clear: DuskDS handles settlement and data availability (focusing on efficiency), while DuskEVM is dedicated to application innovation. Plus, with Hedger’s privacy module, the developer’s toolkit is complete—enabling RWA applications, privacy DeFi, tokenized securities, and more, all with high performance and compliance.

Even more interesting is the STOX platform. It will be launched in phases starting in Q1, initially from the NPEX asset pool, then gradually opening up the full process of on-chain compliant tokenized securities (issuance → secondary market → settlement). Leveraging Chainlink’s CCIP cross-chain and enterprise-grade data feeds, regulated European assets—stocks and bonds—can finally be transferred securely across chains. If this step succeeds, the gap between traditional finance and the on-chain world will truly be bridged.

Well, Dusk this time really has something. The combination of privacy + compliance has been long overdue. After six years, it's finally possible to write privacy contracts with Solidity—zero-knowledge proofs really can handle it. Once STOX goes live, it's game over. Is traditional finance really moving onto the chain? Let's see how long it can last. Can RWA really take off? It feels like every time, the promises sound really good. But with Europe's strict regulatory requirements, if Dusk really manages to succeed... I'm a bit hopeful. Privacy transactions + audits, both covered—sounds good. How are the details? Is the NPEX asset library reliable? The key still depends on the actual data volume.

Six years of hard work finally pays off. Dusk really has something special this time. A combination of privacy + compliance, Europeans are going to love this. STOX launching RWA is truly taking off; traditional finance should be trembling. DuskEVM mainnet is live; I just want to see who can keep up with the pace. Can zero-knowledge proofs truly do both? It depends on how well it’s implemented—don’t just make empty promises. This month, Dusk has been everywhere. I’m genuinely impressed by STOX’s roadmap.

Six years of honing the sword, this time Dusk really has something. The combination of privacy and compliance is indeed rare.
