When Xiao Jia came to find me, her account had dropped from over 20,000 USDT to just 3,000 USDT, and she was almost hopeless.
I didn't recommend any quick turnaround secrets or promise any "surefire rules." I simply shared with her a methodology I had been exploring for years: no single position exceeding 30%, taking profits in stages once reaching 10%-15%, stopping loss immediately if losses hit 4%, and staying put when the trend is unclear.
At first, she was very unaccustomed. That kind of "just a little more profit, just a little more profit"

Hey, these rules sound simple, but very few people can actually stick to them. I also learned the hard way after paying a lot of tuition fees.

ngl the 4% stop loss rule hits different when you're actually bleeding... most people learn this the hard way tho. risk management isn't sexy but it keeps you alive in this game, that's the real meta

I just want to say, a 30% position is a conservative approach that can't really recover the principal; you need to add positions to turn things around.
Honestly, a 4% stop loss is too harsh; with that, you can't catch the bottom at all.
If you don't understand, just don't move? Then what are we trading cryptocurrencies for? Just lie down and do nothing every day.
I really understand the psychology of wanting to earn a bit more. It's easy to say but hard to do, brother.
This methodology sounds good, but when the market actually comes, greed still takes over. I've lost money that way too.
Exit in batches? I add positions in batches, haha. That's why I now have 3000U.
When the bull market arrives, these rules are just scrap paper. Trust me, I'm right.
Honestly, it's still lack of faith; only full positions can ensure you don't move.

Still want to turn things around after 3000U, but first you have to stay alive, or else everything is pointless.

20,000 to 3,000... This is the price of greed, really.
