KYC failed again. After browsing a bunch of posts and looking at others' verification methods, I finally decided to use the combination of an ID card and a China Unicom bill.

First round: uploaded the front and back of the ID card, the photo quality was fine.
Second round: China Unicom last month's bill, in PDF format, with the header address fully compliant with the requirements, no shortcuts taken.

And the result? Instant rejection.

Thinking about it carefully, this KYC process is really just a game of luck. No matter how complete and standardized the materials are, if the system doesn't cooperate, it's all for nothing. Some people pass with just casual uploads, while others keep submitting repeatedly and still get rejected. There really is no clear pattern.

This KYC is just luck-based, I'm really speechless. I understand the instant rejection thing too well, it feels like fighting against a machine. There's no pattern at all, sometimes just fooling around randomly actually gets approved. Maybe try a different bill? Last time I used an electricity bill and it went through. This platform's risk control system has some issues, it feels like they just randomly pass the buck.

秒拒真的绝了,我也试过这套组合,最后问客服妹妹才知道他们系统那天抽风了 Ha, KYC is like opening a blind box, totally depends on luck No matter how perfect the documents are, a system bug can ruin everything Might as well just switch to another exchange, this platform's KYC review is too mysterious Someone told me using a driver's license has a higher chance? But I haven't verified it Verification is just about luck, I totally believe it

I was just saying that KYC is purely a matter of luck—some pass on the first try, while others keep messing up and face social death. It's really ridiculous.

This KYC process is really ridiculous. I've been rejected instantly several times, and submitting the same materials at a different time has been approved. They say it's about compliance, but it really depends on their mood. The system is all about mysticism. However, I haven't tried the trick with the China Unicom bill. I'll give it a shot next time.

This system is just a black box, who can explain it clearly? --- I've also experienced it—following procedures only to get slapped in the face, really absurd. --- But to be fair, it shows that these platforms' review standards are basically nonexistent. --- That's why everyone is complaining about KYC; luck plays too big a role. --- I've seen people upload blurry photos and still get approved, so the standards are just for show. --- The combination of ID card and bill shouldn't be a problem, but it shows that the review team's skill levels vary. --- Haha, this is a common problem with Web3 platforms—it's all about luck.

This KYC really is a mystery. I've encountered this before—photos clear, bills compliant, and still get rejected, it's so frustrating. --- The system is just a black box; no one knows exactly what it wants. Anyway, it's all about luck. --- I've also experienced instant rejection. It feels like their review standards are as random as generating random numbers. --- I just want to ask, are their KYC reviewers all sleeping? This process is purely based on luck. --- Your documents are so well-prepared, yet you get rejected instantly. Now I'm even afraid to update my information, feeling like nothing will pass. --- Honestly, I can't understand the logic of this system. Others pass easily, but we keep trying and still get rejected. It's so annoying. --- KYC is just ridiculous. If they set rules, they nitpick; if they don't, they freeze your account. I've never seen a more capricious system. --- This is what I hate the most—the rules are so vague, in the end, it all depends on luck. --- I bet five bucks you'll pass if you try again. It's really just a matter of probability.
