The developer incentive model on Alon needed a course correction. The fee structure had tilted too heavily toward deployers, creating an imbalance that could ultimately undermine ecosystem health. To get things back on track, the platform is implementing changes to how creator fees work.

Why? Simple economics—traders need winning opportunities. When they consistently profit, they stay engaged and bring liquidity back to the ecosystem.

The specifics are still coming into focus, but the direction is clear: not all developers will receive fees under the new model. More importantly, a portion of collected fees will redirect toward community utility purposes rather than individual payouts. This shift aims to align individual incentives with broader platform sustainability.
