Recently, there has been a phenomenon worth pondering—Bitcoin's market dominance has been declining since summer. What does this usually indicate in history? Funds are quietly shifting to other cryptocurrencies.

This could be a prelude to explosive growth in blue-chip altcoins like Ripple, Solana, and Dogecoin in the coming months.

**Ripple: The New Engine for Cross-Border Payments**

Speaking of XRP, its advantages are quite obvious—settlement speeds are ridiculously fast, and transaction fees are almost negligible. Financial institutions like it, and banks are optimistic about it. People often compare it to SWIFT, meaning it represents the future direction of payment settlement.

On the numerical side, after XRP won a lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last year, its price surged to a historic high of $3.65 in mid-2025. Although it later retraced to around $2.09, this did not dampen market confidence. Recently, the launch of a spot XRP ETF in the U.S. has opened the door for traditional investors, resulting in an 11% increase in one week. Some analysts say that if the regulatory environment continues to clarify, XRP could reach $5 in the first quarter, and possibly challenge $10 within the year.

**Solana: The Highway of Blockchain**

Solana has always been the most competitive among smart contract platforms. Its transaction speed and ecosystem activity are top-tier.

Dominance decline is like this; funds always have to move elsewhere.

Are you trying to pump XRP again? I heard this same story last year, and now you're still talking about $5 or $10. Truly bold to say that.

The decline in BTC dominance... Hmm, we're back to this narrative again. Honestly, I'm a bit tired of it. That $10 prediction for XRP, just listen and don't take it seriously. Solana is fast, but what about stability? That's still an old problem. The rotation of altcoins, history keeps repeating itself. Why do I find it hard to believe? The XRP ETF has indeed attracted some institutions, but how long can this last? Who can say for sure?

The BTC decline this time is indeed a liquidity injection, but such an aggressive prediction for XRP... still depends on how the SEC's attitude turns out.

Bitcoin dominance declines, funds flow into altcoins? I've heard this argument many times, but this time it feels a bit different. That XRP ETF is definitely stirring things up.
