#钱包安全风险 Seeing this security incident with Trust Wallet, I still feel a bit heavy-hearted. $3.5 million, $1.4 million... these numbers represent real blood, sweat, and tears. What’s even more upsetting is that some of the stolen wallets have been dormant for over a year, indicating that the holders may have let their guard down long ago.

This incident has given me a very deep reminder. The security of crypto assets ultimately depends on ourselves to protect. No matter which wallet you use, I now understand these principles more deeply: **First, don’t put all your eggs in one basket**; distribute your assets reasonably. **Second, keep cold wallets and hot wallets separate**; use small hot wallets for daily funds, while the majority should be stored cold. **Third, if you discover a security vulnerability, never operate online—disconnect from the internet first and then export your seed phrase to transfer assets**.

Many people think these are basic common sense, but few actually do them. We often get excited when our assets grow but overlook the importance of defense. The road of investment is long; rather than chasing short-term gains, it’s better to first strengthen your "city walls." Secure assets are truly your own wealth.
