#Solana行情走势解读 Many people in the crypto world have stepped into the same pits, mainly stuck in two misconceptions: thinking they can earn easily in a bull market, and believing they should just run during a bear market.

The current market rhythm is completely different from a few years ago. Policy tightening, large institutional participation, and the absence of the all-out surge that characterized early years have changed the landscape. What’s the result? Good news doesn’t necessarily lead to a rise, bad news doesn’t necessarily cause a fall, completely disrupting the sense of rhythm.

The most painful phenomenon is polarization. Established coins held tightly by veterans experience rollercoaster swings, while newcomers chasing hot topics, memes, and inscriptions often see more short-term gains. What does this indicate? The return on swing trading now truly surpasses long-term holding.

Looking at the bear market. On the surface, there are always a few coins that can bounce back nicely, and weak coins can return to 80%, giving people a sense of "there’s still hope." But once the main downtrend begins, the supply and demand relationship completely reverses, and no one dares to buy the dip. The final outcome is often: after several years of effort, no profit is made, mental state collapses, and they choose to exit.

To put it simply, bull and bear markets are just external labels. The essence of the cryptocurrency market is a global capital game. Don’t always think about betting on a market turnaround or escaping at the top—those are just excuses. What truly determines your outcome? Whether you can continuously learn lessons, identify the big trend, adjust your mindset, and persist for 5 to 10 years. Everything else actually stems from your inner choices.

There's nothing wrong with that; swing trading definitely earns more than holding blindly, and I have truly experienced it. The key is to have patience; otherwise, you'll really end up being a leek.

That hits pretty close to home, but honestly, I'm the kind of person whose mindset collapses after a few years of struggling without making any money... I'm still reflecting on it.
