What is value?

You do the most work in the company but earn the least money. You: It's good to have less; earning less indicates lighter responsibilities, doing more work means more opportunities. Treat the company as a free business school; your skills grow on yourself, and no one can take them away.

The products you make are not bought and are beaten by the market. You: Being beaten is good; the market never lies. Discovering problems now is better than a big explosion when the scale grows in the future. This is the most genuine feedback, saving you from huge tuition fees in the future.

Others think your charges are too high and walk away. You: It's good they leave; filtering out clients who only look at price and not value allows you to free up time to hone your skills and serve truly knowledgeable high-quality customers.

So-called value is never something obtained through cheap charity, but your ability to solve problems.
