How big is the prediction market industry actually? There's a perspective worth noting: from a medium to long-term view, this could be a quite large industry, but currently it is still in the very early stages, and it's impossible to determine who will be the ultimate winner in the short term.

Interestingly, the known mainstream prediction market platform Polymarket has only 2 to 3 market makers, which leaves a lot of room for imagination. What does this mean? It suggests that in the future, hundreds or even thousands of competitors may enter this field.
