Looking for uranium (U3O8) exposure but running into a wall—where's the liquidity on Ethereum or Solana?
The xU3O8 token exists on Etherlink, but there's basically nothing moving there. The order books are dry, and that's a problem if you're trying to build a meaningful position.
Here's the real question: when will we see proper uranium derivative markets? A HIP-3 uranium contract on Hyperliquid could change the game. You'd get proper on-chain liquidity, margin trading, and the price discovery that actually reflects the commodity's fundamentals.
Right now, if you want uranium exposure in crypto, your options are pretty thin. That's a market gap waiting to be filled.

Uranium has really been forgotten for too long, Etherlink is like a ghost town... If Hyperliquid really launches the uranium contract, I'll go all in.

ngl this xU3O8 liquidity issue screams classic microcap trap... dead orderbooks got rugpull written all over it, pattern analysis suggests minimal volume = perfect exit opportunity for early bags

The crypto space really needs someone to create a liquidity-rich uranium trading pair; the market gap is too obvious.

To be honest, on-chain uranium mining is really a trap, with liquidity being extremely high.

Honestly, the liquidity of xU3O8 is really disappointing... It’s a stagnant pool that has completely discouraged me.

Wait, uranium on the chain still has to be so troublesome... Feels like it's always a pit.
