CEO of @swissborg, a crypto platform based in Switzerland, Cyrus Fazel made 2025 stand out with a dual focus on innovation and resilience.

In April, SwissBorg underwent a major overhaul of its staking system, transforming the BORG token into a cornerstone of its governance. In September, the company introduced the "Paid to Trade" era, with substantial cashback systems and revised loyalty levels.

Finally, following a hack of an external strategic partner that impacted SwissBorg, the company demonstrated transparency and responsiveness praised by the industry, detailing the incident and ensuring the security of user funds.

Cyrus Fazel began his career in real estate and finance, working at FINEP SAS, Julius Baer, where he managed portfolios of up to $80 million, then at Aramis Capital as a hedge fund advisor. From 2014 to 2016, he participated in creating an institutional platform at SEQUOIA Asset Management.

In 2016, he co-organized the Startup Weekend FinTech & Blockchain in Geneva and founded SwissBorg, a wealth management platform in cryptocurrencies that has become one of the leading ones in Europe.
