Hello, you can contact our online customer service (on the app homepage - top left icon - on the pop-up page click the top right corner - Contact Customer Service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "human agent" in the input field below - select "transfer to human agent" in the reply and then choose the relevant issue) and provide a screenshot of the issue so we can help you verify and resolve it.
