The Department of Labor stated that due to the ongoing funding decision taking effect, all agencies of the Department of Labor will resume normal full operations starting from Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Previously, due to the decision not being approved, some parts of the U.S. government suspended operations. The Department of Labor announced the postponement of the January non-farm payroll report and will announce the release date of the report separately after operations are restored.
