Abstract generation in progress

Recently, the X platform announced a major step. In the coming weeks, it is preparing to launch a trading app that will facilitate trading in both stock markets and cryptocurrencies. This move is part of Elon Musk’s strategy to expand his digital economy.

Smart CashTags: Trading Directly from Social Media

According to platform product head Nikita Bier, X has developed a new feature called “Smart CashTags.” This technology will allow users to trade stocks or digital tokens directly within the app by clicking on the ticker in any post. This direct trading feature aims to turn social media into a financial platform where discussions can instantly result in transactions.

X Money: Preparing for Beta Testing in Three Months

Musk’s company has also rapidly developed its proprietary payment system, “X Money.” This system is currently in the internal testing phase. According to developers, it will be ready for external beta testing within the next 1-2 months. Once public testing begins, it will be gradually made available to select users.

Everything App: Musk’s Vision for Digital Service Integration

All these steps are designed to advance Musk’s “Everything App” vision. The core goal of this vision is to combine social communication, payment services, investment tools, and other daily functions into a single platform. Through this integration, users will never need to leave the app for their digital activities.

Crypto Investments: Tesla and SpaceX’s Digital Assets

Musk’s companies have already made significant investments in the crypto space. Tesla currently holds about 11,509 Bitcoins, while SpaceX has approximately 8,285 Bitcoins in reserve. Musk himself is highly fond of Dogecoin and repeatedly claims he can “take this cryptocurrency to the moon.” The development of this trading app and payment system appears to be a coherent strategy to further these existing investments.
