People's Financial News, March 27 — On March 27, Xiaopeng Motors announced in Hong Kong that starting from April 1, 2026, the company's Chinese name will change from "Xiaopeng Motors Limited" to "Xiaopeng Group." The English name will remain unchanged as "XPengInc." From 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, the company's Class A ordinary shares traded on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will have their Chinese stock abbreviation changed from "Xiaopeng Motors–W" to "Xiaopeng Group–W."

The English name will remain unchanged as “XPeng Inc.”. Starting from 9 AM on April 1, 2026, the Chinese stock abbreviation for the Class A ordinary shares traded on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from “Xpeng Motors–W” to “Xpeng Group–W”.
