Unable to contact Gate's customer support in case of application errors, only an automatic Bot responds when accessing customer support. If anyone knows how to contact Gate, please share it with me.

I have been trying since last night and only received responses from the AI chat BOT. But contacting customer support is still not possible.

You click on the avatar, select 🎧 the button, click Contact Customer Service, click at the bottom of the page to enter, and directly enter the manual customer service
