He said that there have been rumors in the market that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has raised comments on the S-1 form of the Litecoin ETF, indicating that the authorities are actively interacting with the issuer.

However, Eric Balchunas also warned that it remains to be seen whether the current SEC Chairman Gary Gensler's resignation next Monday will have any impact on the review process.
