Coinbase's head of investment research: encryption treasury companies may initiate a wave of mergers and acquisitions.

Digital asset treasury companies (DATs) will eventually be integrated under a few large institutions, similar to the recent collaboration between Strive and Semler Scientific. Strive, which is transitioning from an asset management company to a Bitcoin treasury company, announced on September 22 that it will acquire Semler Scientific, also a digital asset treasury company (DAT), through an all-stock deal.
