Bloomberg Analyst: A large number of crypto ETPs are expected to be liquidated by the end of 2027
BlockBeats News, December 18 — Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart posted on social media that he agrees with the prediction by crypto asset management firm Bitwise that over 100 crypto ETFs will be launched by 2026, but also pointed out that many of these products will be difficult to sustain. “We will see a large number of crypto ETP products liquidated. This may happen by the end of 2026, but more likely before the end of 2027. Currently, over 126 ETP applications are awaiting the SEC’s decision. Issuers are heavily distributing products in the market.”
