The 39-year-old Jose went missing last week while on a business trip to the United States. He is the founder of a Bulgarian company, which reportedly is part of the pager Supply Chain. Oslo police's statement said, 'Yesterday, on September 25th, Oslo Police received a missing person report related to the pager case.' The statement also said, 'The missing person case has been filed, and we have issued an international arrest warrant for this individual.'
