On October 30th, Jinshi Data reported that on October 30th, local time, the US Supreme Court stated that it allows Virginia to continue its 'voter roll purging plan' and remove the qualifications of approximately 1,600 suspected non-citizen voters a few days before the 2024 election. It is reported that the Supreme Court has approved the request of state government officials to suspend the injunction of lower courts. Previously, the injunction had prevented Virginia's systematic voter qualification cleaning plan launched in August.
