According to the Gate.io News bot, Genius Group, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has filed a lawsuit against two executives of LZGI International, Inc, Peter Ritz and Michael Moe, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The lawsuit is based on the U.S. Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), claiming damages of $450 million.
Previously, the New York District Court issued an injunction against Genius Group, prohibiting it from raising funds through stock sales to purchase Bitcoin.
