Odaily planet daily news Grayscale recently updated the ETHE disclosure document, stating that the trust fund cannot stake the Ethereum it holds and receive rewards, which may put its shares at a disadvantage compared to directly investing in Ethereum, thereby affecting its value. Grayscale stated that if staking is allowed in the future, the trust agreement with the SEC needs to be modified first, and NYSE Arca needs to apply for SEC rule changes.
