Aave DAO has passed the formal voting stage by supporting the deployment of the Aave protocol on ZKsync.
PANews reported on June 24th that Aave DAO recently voted unanimously to deploy the Aave protocol on ZKsync, marking its deployment on the Ethereum Layer 2 network entering the formal voting phase. The AFRC proposal (Aave Improvement Proposal) was drafted by the Aave Chan Initiative and received 662,000 votes in favor, and will enter the AIP on-chain voting for final approval. Aave had previously received an airdrop of 8.3 million ZK tokens from ZKsync, the highest among all “native projects”.
