Hong Kong Hang Seng University’s Decision Sciences Institute has successfully developed the first online and offline integrated Metaverse intelligent exhibition management system in Hong Kong. Combining Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and Indoor Positioning Service (IPS) technologies, the system has previously been applied to the Digital Economy Summit at Cyberport. To address network and personal data security issues, the system utilizes Web 3.0 and blockchain technology to create a secure network application Metaverse exhibition world, allowing anyone to enter the virtual exhibition venue at any time using their handheld device, while enhancing the security of personal data.
