began trading this feature a few weeks ago on a separate portfolio to test it.
past 3 days I've been adding it to the proper research infra to have some historical data to back it up.
the first few tests were wrong, but the funny thing is that I'd probably have dismissed the signal if I didn't know intuitively they were wrong, from having traded it.
that tells me 2 things:
> testing in prod without a backtest is advantageous to get a feel and validation for whatever you're seeing is real > be a bit more cautious in discarding ideas quick, and validate them a bit further
