The Terra/Luna mastermind just got handed a 15-year sentence for what prosecutors called a $60 billion scheme. That's the guy who watched an entire ecosystem vaporize while retail investors lost their life savings.
Fifteen years. For wiping out sixty billion dollars. Let that sink in for a moment.
Some folks are doing longer stretches for way less damage. Makes you wonder about the math here – does each billion buy you a quarter-year discount? The whole situation leaves a weird taste, especially when you remember how many people got completely wrecked when UST lost its peg and LUNA went into that death spiral.

15 years? The entire ecosystem is gone like this, and many people lost everything... This penalty severity is really outrageous; in some countries, it would have been execution long ago.

It's over in 15 years? I just want to know what those bankrupting newbies are thinking.

Is it going to be over in 15 years? My friend is still struggling, and he went bankrupt on the day Luna hit zero.

Justice served, case closed? You decide.
