**A sudden surge at the bottom isn’t reliable**. Only sustained volume over multiple sessions counts; continuous volume accumulation shows market consensus is gradually forming.

**Crypto trading is really about human psychology, not charts**. All technical indicators ultimately tell one story — market sentiment. Trading volume is the most straightforward thermometer of emotion.

**"Nothing" is the highest state**. Desireless, fearlessness, and non-attachment lead to longevity. Only those who can endure days of holding zero positions deserve to face the real big market moves.

Remember the last point: **The greatest enemy in trading is always yourself**. Good or bad news, market manipulation, these are just external noises; what truly determines success or failure is your mindset, discipline, and emotional control.
