This week is going to be very interesting for crypto.
A lot of macro events are set to happen, which will cause insane volatility.

➨ 3 Fed speakers will deliver a speech

➨ CPI and Core CPI data will be released

BOJ will announce its interest rate decision, Trillions in stock and ETF options will expire
The reason this week is so important is because both inflation and job data are coming.
If inflation shows cooling sign

The Fed has started to buy T-bills.
Trump is preparing to introduce large tax breaks for corporations and individuals.
OG whale is $620+ million long on ETH, BTC and SOL.
The Treasury is injecting $50B-$70B each week from the TGA release.
Bitcoin spot taker CVD has flipped "buy dominant" for the first time in 5 months.
Some strong signs are emerging for the crypto market here.
It would be interesting to see the BOJ interest rate decision from here.
Once the uncertainty is over, the crypto market could begin the rally.

It's very tough to be bearish going into 2026.
And there are reasons behind it.
First of all, Trump clearly said that he wants to see interest rates towards 1% in 2026.
He is also selecting a Fed chair soon, which will consult him on interest rate decisions.
Apart from, the odds of a dividend cheque distribution is 50% in 2026.
The Fed has also started T-bills buying, and they won't stop now.
Mid-term elections are coming next year, and a bullish market is always a good sign.
This means the current administration will do everything possible to pump the markets.

Everyone thinks DATs stopped buying Bitcoin. They didn’t.
They just stopped buying loudly.
This chart shows how companies are still adding BTC to their balance sheets, even though the price has been volatile.
The buying is smaller than late 2024.
But it hasn’t disappeared.
Earlier, a few big names were buying aggressively.
Now, the buying is spread across miners, tech firms, and financial companies.
That matters.
It means Bitcoin is not being treated like a quick trade anymore.
It’s being treated like a long-term asset.
Miners are holding instead of selling everything.

Fed is about to begin stealth QE.
CZ is hinting towards a crypto supercycle.
Large institutions are offering Bitcoin and crypto trading.
Clarity Act is expected to be approved soon.
BlackRock CEO is saying that sovereign funds are buying BTC now.
You can be bearish on the crypto market in the short-term, but I think 2026 is going to be really good for markets.

The chatter around Fed resuming QT is heating up.
And this is due to obvious reasons.
First of all, bond yields are moving higher despite rate cuts.
This is a sign that the market believes Fed can't control inflation.
Additionally, Labor market and consumer sentiment is at its worst level since 2020 pandemic.
This is another sign that the Fed has tightened too much.
The only way now is to add some reserves to control the rising bond yields.
This is why the market expects $40B-$45B in bond buying per month from Jan 2026.
If bond yields are still not in control, the Fed will have to ramp up QE.
