When a rising wedge breaks upwards it will do so in a parabolic move to the upside target.
Approximately $71,964.
It all depends on the point of breakout.
That's where you move the measured, move from the pattern to.
That's how you hit the targets.
Above 1 min is 200MA is bullish.
Below the 1min 200MA bearish.

Looking at a clear blue rising wedge. Rising wedges break downwards 68% of the time.
The downside measured move is to the base of the rising wedge near $69,891.
That would take price action down below the 1 and 5 min 200MA's. This would signal weakness in the near-term.
