Thank you so much to everyone who donated toward Buster’s mass removal surgery—we’re incredibly grateful to share that her balance has been paid in full.
She’ll return in two weeks to have her stitches removed, and we’re now waiting on the pathology report, which should come back in about a week. That will give us answers on whether or not the mass is cancerous.
Thank you again for standing with Buster and helping make her care possible. 💛

We're really worried about one of our permanent sanctuary residents, Buster. Today marks her fourth vet visit related to these concerning bumps.
Last night, we rushed her to an emergency vet because one of the bumps had worsened significantly and she was clearly uncomfortable. The vet wasn’t comfortable removing it at that time and mentioned it could possibly be sporotrichosis—a type of fungus (like mold) that can get into the skin and cause bumps or sores. It can be treated with medicine, but it can also look like other things, which is why the vets are being extra careful.
Today, Dr. Mazhoud

Hallo everyone...Slowly I started to realise the genets are old enough to go back to nature...I watched them catch insects by themselves and as soon as it started to get dark they would race and jump and run around the cage...It was clear that the "big cage" has become to small...Every day I said to myself it will happen tonight but every day I found an excuse...Just one more day where they can get nice food...It is raining so not tonight...but on the 2nd of March I knew it was time...As always letting go is not so easy...They were so weak when we found them...Their little paws and whiskers we
